Returns

If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you have a 14-day window from the day of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in pristine condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that items returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted for return.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@wearablesforever.co.uk. Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, we regret that we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

It's important to retain proof of postage to ensure you can verify the return.

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please provide photographic evidence clearly showing the fault and email our customer service team at support@wearablesforever.co.uk.

Failure to provide photographic evidence of the defective/faulty item may result in the cancellation of the refund or exchange.

Please note, if your item is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by a third party, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and original postage fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or worn items cannot be returned.
Returns initiated after the 14-day period will be declined and returned to the customer.
Free items included with qualifying purchases must be returned with your order. Otherwise, any free items will be prorated and deducted from the refund.
Retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
We reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund if you no longer qualify for free shipping.

Exchanges: To request an exchange for a different size or color, please email support@wearablesforever.co.uk with your order number and specific requirements. While we will do our best to accommodate requests (within the 14-day period), please note that stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

Proof of Postage: Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when returning items to us. This document should include the date of shipment and our address, at least showing the city, country, or postcode. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit without this proof.
